Software limits

Are there many people who use this software as the forum doesn't look particularly well used by a user group. The case studies provide little scope in terms of commercial building measurment and the times quoted are frankly too good to be true - how come everyone isn't using it?

Hi Mike, Thanks very much for your post and welcome to the forum.

Yes you are correct the forum isn't particularly well used as its relatively new and we haven't really promoted it properly yet. We thought the forum would be a popular place for miniPLAN users/prospects to discuss any issues etc. However miniPLAN doesn't require a huge amount of support due to its ease of use and stability so the forum hasn't been heavily used. We are aiming to add more information on an ongoing bases, I'm sure as we put more useful topics on usage will increase.

If you let me know what information you would like with regard to miniPLAN's capabilities in terms of commercial building measurements we would be happy to provide this. With regard to your comments on timescales quoted please feel free to download a trial and see for yourself. We wouldn't expect these times to be achieved with first time users but they are easily possible with a small amount of experience of using miniPLAN. We certainly don't promote inaccurate timescales. The speed, ease of use and accuracy are the main reasons why decisions are made to purchase miniPLAN, not to mention its fantastic value.

miniPLAN is sold throughout the world, we have resellers in the UK, Germany, Australia, Slovakia, Canada and so on. I would say most of our users are international, this is largely due to the financial worries of the UK survey market place but we are seeing glimmers of improvement.
